We endeavour at all times to provide high standards in business and recognise and support the importance of the use of social media and the Internet to alert the public when such standards are not met. However, we believe that complaints should not be published in a manner that is unfair or unreasonable as to content and manner of publication and, for this reason, the following terms are agreed by yourself and ourselves to regulate how to proceed when you feel that reasonable standards have not been met.
